i cant get a live person anywhere...when ordering online they wont let it be sent to my current address. So I get them to sed it to my parent address and they throw it away before I get it. I thiink they both used my information and have stuff in my name and thats why they get rid of it before i see it. I received all other mail except that. My dad has the same name as me. when proving my identity they say according to their records I have both a mortgage loan and an auto loan and I have to choose the lender but i do not know it because I do not have any loans...what shouls I do? do anyone have the number to a live person?

if all you said is true, then it is a frude and he can be send to jail, ID theft is a fedral crim! all you have to do contact those people/ banks or whatever that they say you have loans with, to get your report fast just go to a bank and apply for a home loan, they will have to give you a credit report right away then you can go to state police (after you made sure that there are things that you didn%26#039;t do) and take it from there,

you do not need a # to call do as i said and you%26#039;ll be alright in no time

Your parents stole your identity. That sucks, call the police or tell your parents that you%26#039;re going to the police if they dont come clean. Forget about the credit report company, call a lawyer.

do you have the same name as your dad? almost same social? indeed i feel your frustration as my sister and i have had our credit mixed up numerous times. the questions they ask you the first time will confirm what you have on your credit. they try to confuse you with other questions as well. the reason you can%26#039;t pull it up online b/c you keep answering the questions wrong. i have seen stuff from my sister%26#039;s report in the questions and i figured i%26#039;d answer it and i got it wrong so they had to mail me a report then after i tried again and answered them acording to my own knowledge and i got my report. so right now don%26#039;t jump to conclusions yet cuz the credit bureaus sometimes get alll out of whack mixing up family%26#039;s info. once you get your report you can correct it. for now just try to get your report online and pay for it if you have to! good luck
