from the day the creditor reports it. it%26#039;s usually on your report next to the balance. be careful though. I heard they like to sell the account before the 7th year is up to another creditor who will report it making it 7 years longer etc....

seven years to the date of each delinquency, ie, late payment ect. they will come off automatically at the seven year mark.
