I think if you go to the ftc (Federal Trade Commission) site, or one of those, they link you to the free site.

If you are ever denied credit based on your credit report, you are entitled to view your credit report for free within 90 days of such denial.

Even if you had a credit card, the sites that require a card for a trial should be avoided; if you do not cancel their service, you get charged after the trial.
