I do not think so, but then I have never had a fine. I do know that back in the late 1990%26#039;s a woman went to jail for an unpaid/un-returned book, in Florida. That was down in the Tampa area. There was a huge thing in the news about it.
Do library fines go on your credit report?
I don%26#039;t think so, I guess it would depend on the library and what the fine is. Did you steal some books? Are we talking Hundreds from a college or other large library? Maybe you are reffering to a $1.75 elementary school fine.
