Alot of people are under the false impression that checking your own credit score hurts your credit. IT DOES NOT. You check it 10 times a day if you want to.

whenever you put in for credit inquiry they want to update your info and then all their members will be notified of the updates;

this means anyone you owe money to and is a member will be notified of the new info on you. such as a change of address or employment .so that they can attempt to collect any moneys owed from you.
