When I signed up it said its free for the 1st 30 days then you%26#039;ll get charged for it unless you cancel. My problem is I can not find out how to cancel so I don%26#039;t get charged for it I%26#039;ve looked all over the site can someone PLEASE help me??? I got it through experian. I really do not want to get charged I tried calling their # and got an automated message I have no clue what to do!

On the sight there is a section that says contact that is were you閳ユ獟l find the info to contact them to cancel your services.

you should always do your homework before you accept something online that is free, they always make it difficult to get a hold of them, they want you to get charged so they can make money off you, if you keep looking you will find it, just keep looking

you have to look at the site better and find the way to cancel if you do get charged their might be a phone number on the credit card statement call them and tell that you could not find out how to cancel and you want your money back. if that doesn%26#039;t work file a complaint with your credit card company and they will help you

see if you can email or fax them. if contacting them doesnt work, contact your bank and let them know your problem and inform them of the merchants name and how much they will attempt to remove your your account. let them know that this is a trial and you were told you would cancel but now you%26#039;re having problems cancelling. your bank will not honor this. give them your paperwork showing this.
