You can%26#039;t, derogatory accounts continue to show for 7-years from the date of first delinquency.
This is why it%26#039;s called credit history.
In most cases this works out to 7-years and 180-days.
How do i clean up my credit report of all the negativity after things are paid off?
Really you can%26#039;t. Once it%26#039;s been satisfied it will stay on the credit report as satisfied but for 7 years. The credit bureaus may be able to remove it but the companies that reported it won%26#039;t.

As time goes by, your score will improve. Older things, while still on the report, don%26#039;t count as much as recent activity.
Places that say that they can %26quot;fix%26quot; and %26quot;clean up%26quot; credit reports are scams.

Depends upon the negative report, who filed it and such. Usually negative reports once paid and verified will be removed from your report.
However it is not the responsibility of the reporting agency to do so, it is supposed to be done by the collection company once payments have been completed.
If you paid by agreeing to a lower settlement amount, then it will drop your score and stay on report for 7 years.
If you see anything on your report that you know has been paid but still is showing as a collection account, you can contact the credit reporting agency and ask it to be removed.
I have provided you a link on this info from the FTC.

1) I would dispute with each credit bureau as not my account.
Be persistent, if they were in the negative they are not helping you anyway. That%26#039;s why I recommend you to dispute and seek to get them deleted. It may not be overnight but if you dispute as not my account you will eventually get it deleted from your account.
2)Debt/ratio is on your side as far as fico scoring. Try to get some Credit cards for people with bad credit. Do not use over 20%
percent of your limit. After three months of paying on time you will see your score rise slowly.
I would go to creditboards and read the forums they have.
Persistence on your behalf is the best way to accomplish your goals.
May God Bless you.
