I am divorced and my credit report is showing liens that were placed on my ex . How can I get those

These liens are for taxes he did not pay. I filed separately, not head of house.

I would consider protesting the entry, using their on-line site, and give a full explanation. You may have to seek a letter from the IRS stating you do not have or have you ever had any tax liens. Beware that if ever filed jointly with your husband and that return/s is part of lien then you are liable for the tax also.

Good lord, your ex-husband sounds like a hot mess.

You should get a letter from the Internal Revenue Service and then send a COPY of that letter to the 3 credit bureaus when you dispute with them.
